How do I sign up for the Rewards Member Program?
Sign up for membership at any Planet Auto location or online at www.planetauto.com/rewards-program
What do I need to sign up?
Receive your Rewards membership by providing your cell phone number. That is how we will look up your account when you visit a yard.
Are there any eligibility requirements to be a Rewards Member?
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
How do I earn points?
For every $300 you spend, you will be eligible for $20 in Rewards.
What can I receive points on?
Qualifying purchases are parts sales, services & thrift store purchases.
When will I receive my Rewards?
Points are totaled every 3 months. Rewards are available over a 6 month period.
How do I know if I have Rewards available?
Receive text message alerts when Rewards are available. Must redeem them at the yard for your official Reward certificate within 90 days.
How do I redeem my Rewards?
Redeem your Reward certificate at time of checkout before it expires.
What are Rewards eligible for?
Use Rewards towards any purchase of products or services at any Planet Auto Self-Serve location.
Can members transfer points?
Reward points are non-transferrable.
What if I return my purchase made with Rewards?
Any returned purchases made with Rewards will be refunded in store credit.
When do Rewards expire?
Rewards certificates expire 180 days from the date the certificate was issued.
Do I have to spend the entire amount of my Rewards?
Rewards must be redeemed in full $20 increments. (No cash back or credit for unused points will be issued.)
What if I change my cell phone number?
It is important to update your cell phone number in our system should it ever change. Please notify a Team Member by phone or in person. Or submit a form on our Rewards page and make a note in the comment section that your number has changed.
What if I forget my Rewards Member number?
We can look up your account by name and cell phone number. (Please be prepared to show a valid picture I.D.)
When will I start receiving Rewards points?
Begin earning points from the moment you sign up to become a Rewards Member. (Purchases prior to becoming a member are not eligable.)
