Self-Serve Yard Policies

RETURN POLICY

  • You must keep the original receipt in order for us to process any part return, core return or exchange.
  • Our parts come with a 45 day cash back return. Items must be the original part and must be properly marked. You must have your receipt for any return or exchange. Labor to pull the replacement part or entry to the yard to pull the part is not included. Parts disassembled after purchase cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this Return Policy.
  • This Return Policy is only available to the original purchaser.
  • Planet Auto will not exchange or return any part after the 45 day warranty expires. Parts disassembled void any warranty.

PLANET AUTO CORE DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY

  • Core Deposits will be refunded up to 30 days from the original purchase. The core item returned must match the actual part purchased. Core Deposits will be refunded with same payment that was used to purchase the part.
  • Planet Auto will not accept any core return after 30 days. You must have receipt for core refund.

PLANET AUTO’S USED TIRES SOLD “AS IS”

  • With the purchase of used tires from Planet Auto, the buyer acknowledges that the tires are being sold “AS IS” and in their present condition. The buyer further acknowledges that any defects or deficiencies in a used tire may not be apparent or discoverable. The buyer assumes all risk that the tires sold by Planet Auto may be defective, and acknowledges that Planet Auto has made no inspection of the condition of any of the tires. By purchasing used tires from Planet Auto, the buyer agrees to have the used tires further inspected and installed by a professional tire installer.
  • Planet Auto expressly disclaims any verbal or other type of warranty, express or implied, to the buyer, and makes no representations whatsoever regarding the used tire(s) being purchased and/or their suitability or fitness for a particular purpose.
